In the past year there have been many advances in generative Artificial Intelligence. The Fine Arts disciplines have been impacted, and in some cases threatened, by this new technology. Hollywood ground to a halt for a large portion of last year in protest, largely in response to the role that AI might play in creative enterprises in art, music, script-writing, and film. In this month's Chapter Connect event, we will explore in shared spontaneous conversation the advantages and disadvantages of the use of AI in the Fine Arts disciplines moving forward.
